  • Any little feel goods that make you feel like you own the day

    • jewelry, accessories, nice smells, makeup

    • Lint roller, steam or iron clothes

    • Brows managed— brush, pluck

    • Skin moisturized— lotion, oils, lip balm

  • Two minutes is best! Bonus if you floss

  • Dirt free, trimmed to comfort, hangs or breaks smoothed

ENERGIZE YO*SELF

  • Half your body weight in ounces per day, yes pure water ;) with minerals is bonus!

    Enjoy flavors like teas & infusions

    • Eat energizing foods at regular intervals.

    • Meal prep can really help with convenience!

    • BONUS- Make it pretty! Remember you eat with your eyes too

  • Mood boosting tunes ideally, especially if they move you :)

  • Workout, stretch, dance, walk, run— just get moving!

  • Give back to your senses- incense, candle, boiled goodness in a mug or on the stove

  • Remind yourself why this is important, where you’re going & who you know yourself to be

  • Whether it’s a walk in nature, sitting quietly on a park bench, meditating or simply observing the world around you, the point is to get to a place where the mind is quiet and you are in a state of total awareness.

  • Any files or photos that you don’t need anymore? Gone! Check in as you go, daily or weekly for ease

  • Any downloads, files in desktop, randoms not in folders or albums— put them away so you can find them when you need ‘em :)
